Meg worked her magic on my shoulders with minimal touch. I couldnt raise my arms up by my ears but after one session with Meg the difference was unbelievable. The ache in my neck and shoulders was gone. Bowen, unlike massage, uses gentle pressure but the results are amazing. I highly recommend Meg as a Bowen therapist.

Woke up with acute neck pain, and wasn't able to go about my usual day, not even able to walk my dogs. Had an emergency appointment with Meg and sat up off the table feeling 100% better! Neck pain gone. Absolutely magic. I am a huge fan of Bowen, and can not recommend Meg enough. Give it a go, it really could change your life!

Meg was v reassuring calming professional I had bowan therapy for a very bad lower back pain facet joints. I felt very relaxed during and after the session I felt a weird tingling effect as the therapy seem to work its way around my body It definitely reduced the pain for a period of time and generally relaxed me Would definitely recommend giving this therapy a try
