Deluxe loos provided an amazing service for my event nothing was too much for the amazingly experienced driver when I couldnt decide where to position the loo Toilets were spotless and extremely well maintained. Thank you very much Delux loos for giving me one less thing to worry about!!!

My husband and I booked a deluxe toilet for our special 100 invites plus party on 3rd July 2021. The booking was sealed with a 30% deposit coming to 174.60. As we all know,restrictions were extended beyond 21st June! I needed to rebook 2 different entertainers and catering. The 5th Sept was the only date other than November. I asked Richard about availability for then but he was fully booked. He has maintained that the deposit is non refundable but can be used as a credit for another hire before the end of 2022. I believe this to be grossly unfair in covid circumstances and trading standards will be informed shortly. He is basically saying he is custodian of our money unless we use him in a limited time frame . Very ,very unhappy.
