        I have had many massages from James. Normally a deep tissue or sports massage as I have a sore hip and get at lot of tightness in my neck, back and legs. I always come away feeling much better as he gets deep into the muscle tissue. He also gives me exercises that suit me to do at home. I highly recommend James if you need a firm massage for any sore muscles.

        Laurel was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during my massage. The clinic was very clean, warm and in a quiet location. I had a 60 minute massage and it was incredible! It really helped to alleviate some long term discomfort in my back, I will be coming regularly. I would highly recommend to anyone with aches, pains or looking to de-stress.
