Claire didn't turn up for my appointment and has ignored my message and phone call. Not the service I was expecting.

Used to be more professional. I used this service for about three years but now making a request and expressing ideas of what I may want left me with the worst haircut in a long time. She said "hair will grow in 3-4 weeks" , but this is not nails! No recognition of her mistake, no hindsight, no refund, no solution. Asked for a trim and keep my layers, all I got was a much too short fringe and no layers (as mentioned may want to grown it one length, in SUMMER! ) What a pity, I trusted this person blindly because my experience up to then (literally closed my eyes while she was chopping), the lack of empathy and a compassionate reaction are a big breach of trust, knowingly I'm going through tough times. Feels like traition and carelessness. Claire could have handled this much better, in all aspects.

My wife is thrilled to bits with the colour of her hair. And that she didn't get soaked and the colour hasn't come out on any pillows etc.

I had a lovely experience with Claire cutting my hair. Best haircut by a true professional hairdresser who absolutely knows what she is doing. I am glad to have found a great personal stylist and I hope friend! Thankyou Claire.X

**TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ** Booked an appointment a week in advance. Received a message 15mins before my appointment to say she wanted a 50 deposit. I explained as there was no mention of this up until now, I had taken the cash out the bank that morning. I offered to pay her upon arrival. Received a message back saying she wasnt coming. She has ignored my messages; in-fact I think she has even blocked meif you require a deposit ask upon making the appointment. You do not let people down 15 mins before your due to come, in-fact Im not sure she intended to turn up even if I had sent the deposit. IS THIS A SCAM!!!!! In response to your reply. No you never messaged me before this morning, and know where upon booking was there mention of a deposit. Reading other reviews I can see this is a pattern.
