        A very bad experience of trying to book in 2 courses. For the last few weeks I have been chasing via email and calls and didn't get anywhere. This has affected me financially and caused issues with my workplace. The staff who answer the calls or email seem like they don't care. One of their excuses was there's only one person on the bookings system. Once on the course the room was very cold was told the heating was not working that day. Another person on the course who has been going there for some time now said the heating never seems to work. Seems like they are making lots of money but still cutting back on costs. No refreshments provided inside the training room. A very poor experience

        Been 5 years since my last visit. The place has undergone expansion in terms of training offered and my host for the day, Mike, was most hospitable... Great centre for learning with excellent facilities! *Update* completely fibre now, no ADSL. #TrainingForTheFuture
