We rented this cottage on the "The Bay at Filey" resort for a week in the school holidays. We went via Airbnb and it wasn't cheap so we were nervous what it would be like. I can say quite happily we were delighted with the accommodation. Spotlessly clean and so well equipped. We had a great time and it's a good jumping off point for the local area. We weren't able to access the beach as the paths were too steep for my husband who has limited mobility however we enjoyed the facilities on site - pool, pharmacy, local "essentials" shop and restaurant. Found the site reasonably quiet with other families being reasonably respectful on an evening and no late night noise. I hope the family who own this house continue to let it out as we'd love to visit again!
