Very disappointed that the staff found it necessary to refuse to sell me over the counter ear drops and even went to the extreme of ringing other chemist to warn them not to sell to me. Fortunately your local supermarket had an abundance of them. So that's a customer lost

Nice staff generally but every time you ring up/go in there is a probl...e.g. closed as on lunch/no pharmacist today so can't get prescription/prescription not ready it will be 20-30 mins/GP surgery apparently not sent the prescription even though I check it has definitely been sent/ excuse today was system was down - so then you have to ring ahead every time to make sure that the meds are ready before you make the trip to get them or you will be dissapointed. Tiday I just wanted to check the physical prescription was there to collect - a visual check in the drawer to see if it is ready to collect and told the system down??? Very irritating and time consuming trying to get your medication from this pharmacy.

Very helpful lady at Boots this afternoon even though the shop was really busy. Sorted my prescription out and phoned me when it was ready as it took a while to come from the surgery.
