Filey Pets and Gardens

We have used this shop for years, we have found both ladies to be very helpful and nothing too much trouble. The choice and variety of food, toys, bed, medication, the list goes on and for such a small space the goods available are fab. We look forward to popping in when next in Filey. Extremely rude owner wasn't even in the shop & had the cheek to ask me to move from front entrance. Having owned a petstore dog always like to leave there mark ! Won't ever return again. No customer care skills at all.Having read your response I would have offered to clean up after my dog but your attitude was disgusting, even my daughter commented on how rude you was towards us ! But I still stand by I won't ever step foot in your bland pet shop again ! You was rude before my dog did anything! Having read reviews I'm not the only one who says your rude
