Made an appointment to estimate some work for us and did not turn up at 3pm. Had rung us in morning to ask if could come then as just finished a job, but we explained we were driving on the way to Vets. No phone call to say could not make the appointment. Looked on website and says closes at 3pm!! Very let down by a local company. Update- Just arrived now at 4pm. No courtesy phone call to say running an hour late.
