        Absolutely gutted to hear that Sheila the manager is leaving, she's a Ray of sunshine always happy to help and super friendly,,the shop won't be the same without her....

        Was told to leave after carrying my small dog in with me. I can understand not wanting large dogs walking on floor in case they have an accident but carrying small dogs? Doesnt make sense and certainly does not excuse the shops attitude. All other charity shops in filey allow small dogs to be carried. As long as i dont go in the food section i even take her into Marks n Spencers! So, what is so special about sue ryder? Will not shop there again and would ask other dog owners to boycott!
