        A very well appointed apartment in a superb location - but with limitations. Parking is virtually impossible due to there being around three times the apartments in the locality as there are parking spaces available. The steps leading down to the apartment are not particularly easy to negotiate for those like myself with mobility issues. The apartment I would describe as dog tolerant rather than friendly, being carpeted throughout . This was evidenced by the numerous stains throughout. A Rug Doctor visit please. In addition there is a lack of any type of fencing/railing between the property and the busy road outside making the only usable outside area unsuitable for pets except if kept on a lead.
