What a gem right in the centre of Filey! Large and spaceous, well appointed townhouse, beautifully restored to its former glory. It's spotlessly clean and well stocked up with everything we needed and much more. The owners paid a great attention to detail, provided us with a digital guidebook to the property and the area so we felt very welcome indeed! Seems like the owners are very friendly people: communications with them was second to none and they were happy to accomodate our needs. Can't recommend enough. Thank you for having us! Had a really lovely holiday in Filey staying at No.12 holiday house. This is definitely the best thought out and well equipped holiday house we have ever stayed at! Absolutely immaculate house with everything you need for a family holiday and more - you name it, the owners have thought of it. The attention to detail and cleanliness was second to none. The house is simply stunning and the location is brilliant as the beach is a short 5 mins stroll away. The owner was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Cant recommend highly enough!
