        Beautifully presented cottage, very clean throughout and Tracey was a warm and welcoming host. Cottage is situated in a prime spot, enjoying both countryside and beach (all within a short distance). Beautiful scenery when sat in the evenings, often spotting perfect sunsets from the bay window. Really enjoyed taking time out for myself in the patio garden with a book and glass of wine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tracey for making our stay homely, warm and welcoming; alongside many wonderful memories of our time in Filey!

        Just lovely This is my 2nd time visiting the Garden Room and once again I wasn't disappointed. Tracey warmly welcomed me and my dog back and was as usual very friendly and approachable. Even being very flexible when I needed to add an extra visitor at very short notice. The Garden room has everything that you need and is spotless and the decor is beautiful. And once again, a lovely welcome of some treats both for me and my dog. It is easy to pop into Filey in 5 mins or walk to the beach in Hunstanton We will be back again.
