I hate going into this place, there is an Indian gal in there she is so rude to black people, I thought it was just me until I spoke to a few more people who have all had the same issues with her.....she needs to get the sack.

Very rude staff. They also close before the time stated on the door whenever they feel like it. Unprofessional.

Bri Tried and Tested
Bad, bad, bad customer service but worse than that, today the woman behind the post office counter spoke to me using her language which was not English against me! The issue began when the customer infront of me had finished but was continuing their conversation. I asked the server to serve me and continue their conversation some where else being that the post office is a service for all and I wanted to get on. Both women then, with raised voices told me that I have no right to ask anything because I didn't understand their language so didn't understand what they were talking about! I found the entire experience disgraceful being that we are in the UK and the post office is supposed to be serving the UK as a whole without bias. After leaving I returned having decided to make a formal complaint. I asked for the woman's name or reference number being that the complaint is about her behaviour not the company. She refused to give her details again with a raised voice. When I mentioned by law I have a right to know who I'm complaining about she told me she doesn't need the law. I've uploaded the recording of this on my YouTube channel. I had told her that I was recording the conversation but this didn't bother her. My point is, because complaining about services like this isn't easy most people can't be bothered with hassle so people like this feel confident that they can continue to treat customers with this rude attitude and nothing will happen. I felt so disrespected I have to say something
