        My Dad deteriorated whilst being in their care within 3mths. Lack of training from the staff. My dad is now in hospital dying because of an infection. All my concerns were ignored continuously and now this has happened. My dad from Scepsis Infection on the 4th December. Cumberland Care has a lot to answer to.

        I would say this care home is run down. Weekend is the worst. you won't find any staff. Residents scream and roam the units by themselves, some left in their rooms. Staff seems stressed, miserable. Sadly not a great place to be and saddens me my relative is here. I do worry alot

        Cumberland home is rubbish staff have no clue what there doing and staff are rude even to staff I seen rude behaviour to residents i would not recommend Cumberland home I have also reported what I have seen and nothing changes will take this further
