        Card selection is poor, the place is run down now. Cant recommend you go here if your in need for a nice birthday card.

        I have purchased two helium balloons from this shop among approx. 50-100 worth of other goods within a week. The last bits were the birthday balloons. Unfortunately one of them popped open 15 min after purchase. Accepting this as quite normal I have taken it back to the shop to be replaced where i have faced accusations and questions of what did I do to it( nothing, left it in the car)I have no problem paying for it again if it was my mistake but it wasnt. Be prepared to be offended here. Zero customer service skills, I will never be going back here and will be reporting them to Hallmark HQ.
