Reggies recyclables

Highly unprofessional and unreliable! We've agreed collection of an item on Saturday. We live in Kent so it's an hour drive. It was pouring down with rain, with limited visibility on the road, but my partner went anyway. Upon arrival he discovered that the shop is closed. Absolutely ZERO communication from the shop owner to say she won't be there. We've made another arrangement, for today. My sister in law called before and offered to pay for the item so its reserved for us. The seller said its not necessary. We called again this morning trying to confirm if the shop is definitely open and if the desk is still available. We couldn't get through as it was going through to the voice mail. My partner decided to drive anyway, as we've had an agreement. When he arrived the seller told him that she sold the desk!! How unprofessional is that! She could have call or text us to say its gone. Instead she's wasted over 4 hrs of my partners time and fuel money. I would strongly advise NOT to use this shop. They don't give any consideration to their customers, should get trained in customer service and how to be professional.

Ive bought second hand fridge freezer and washing machine for a very reasonable price. They have delivered the goods and did all the tricky stuff like connecting the waste pipes for the washing machine. Highly recommend this shop. Dan was very helpful in helping me get the right goods for the right price.

Bought several pieces of furniture from here, all in excellent condition considering how much cheaper than new! Always loads of new stock coming through. Staff really helpful and always delivered on time.
