        It says 6pm closing but the close it before 5.30. Abs the employees behaviour is very bad towards the customer.

        Its a fantastic charity shop with super helpful staffs. Just beware that the closing time is actually 5:30 every day apart from Sunday!

        What a bad atmosphere i found there. Lots of arguments between staff. I bought a tv glass table and a living room chair and i end um carrying my chair on foot for 35 minutes because between the two members of staff couldn't sorted them selfs out. There was no friendship between staff and to customers. Not even a thank you. Hope they get better between the staff for a better service.

        Called in to the Mitcham branch quite a few times this week Cant believe how friendly and helpful the staff are, bent over backwards to help sort me out. Exceptional customer service, couldnt be faulted. Big thank you to Carol for retaining a sense of humour ! As Arnie would say Ill be back!
