        Changed locks and alignment key doesnt turn. Called them to rectify problem faced with aggressive man in red van shouting at me in front of my children and then proceedings to swear at me! Onto trading standards I go, disgusting non professional aggressive behaviour in front of children!

        Gave 3 keys to cut and one was wrong. Refused to accept responsibility and continuously said i must have gone to another locksmith as that brand is no good and they dont use that, despite the fact the rest being the same brand and accepting they are from there. Extremely frustrating
