        Visited for the first time with some friends after work. What an absolute gem of a pub! One of the few proper pubs left in the area. We were made to feel so welcome by the staff and regulars. Really friendly atmosphere. Food was lovely and drinks are really good price. We made the most of the juke box which is another rare find these days. Live bands and open mic nights were advertised. Dog and child friendly. Beer garden which we were told is fab in the summer, a proper sun trap. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you so much for a brilliant evening. Definitely be returning!
