really bad customer service, rude and unprofessional returned 4 packets of mc coys thai sweet chilli crisps as they had mice holes in them and they refunded me i walked back past 5 mins later and the packets was back on the shelves....

I often use this convenience store to send parcels via their Hermes scanner for my small business. The printer is never available and Ive had to print from the Mitcham library or from home on multiple occasions. I finally invested in a label printer to avoid extra costs and printed the address on 4 x 6 and the barcode / QR Code on another label this size. When I arrived at the shop today the shop keeper said he cant except the labels because theres two of them ?! He wasnt making any sense and kept saying no, no, the driver wont except. Everything on the labels were clear including the address, barcode and QR Code. He was being sooo difficult. DO NOT use this store for Hermes drop offs, work with reliable couriers such as DPD and Royal Mail.
