I needed blood thinning injections to enable me to fly in a couple of days. I gave my pharmacy on Forestdale my prescription 8 days ago but when I went to collect it on Saturday they just said we have ordered them and they havent arrived yet, they offered no help and just gave me my prescription back and told me to find a chemist that might have them. I tried Harris chemist and 2 in Selsdon and they just said no we havent got any. Then I rang Dougans chemist and he couldnt have been more helpful he searched the internet found some and ordered them for me, he took my mobile number and rang me this morning to tell me they had arrived. I picked them up this afternoon, I cant believe my chemist couldnt do this. Thank you so much for making the effort for me your customer care is awesome, if I lived in new addington you would see me often.
