        I've been with the surgery for 16 years and they are absolutely fantastic first class service every time . I recommend this doctors surgery for all ages .

        I had a nice message telling me the surgery was closed for the queens funeral, ive spent since july trying to get a doctor to ring me, i think to get an appointment you have more chance to win the lottery, my own funeral will be soon waiting for this lot.

        They take far to long to answer the phones when you are number one in the call queue only one helpful receptionist. The process for actually being able to get an appointment is shocking as they do not accommodate people who WORK. Currently on hold now for 18 minutes and counting .. apparently I am the only one phoning according to their phone system
