Co-op Childcare New Addington

Manager was not friendly whatsoever towards my child. She did not greeted my child on our first visit, her approach isn't warm or welcoming, also they all sit inside the office having a chat whilst your outside standing in the rain until someone decides to answer the door. Several parents has complained about the same thing amongst each other

Not at all friendly staff. The first settling day i was there filling paperwork and saw a lot of children crying and no one to confort them. Also no one talked to me about what children do in the rooms, the staff were nkt friendly or approchable. No one even told me who was going to be the key person for my daughter and when i asked they replied, 'one of the girls' what kinda answer is that? I was lwft to fill in a lot of documents but no one actually came to talk to me or ask me about my child. My daughter is only 2 years old, not used to staying with strangers and the first day of settling no one came to give her a hug or help her feel reassured. I had to find a different place.
