Grace will learn your specific struggling points and guide you into changing those habits(ask her about the petrol station!) I have made a friend in Grace and will forever be thankful for her continued support.

        I joined this group a few months ago, my weight loss has been slow and steady. The group is open and honest, we celebrate losses and get a lot of feedback in relation to what we can do to make up for weeks that weve not done too well. Its fun and interactive, friendly and very welcoming.
