HA Massage and Raynor Deep Tissue Therapy

I had been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis for 6 months before contacting Heather. I had already tried chiropractic treatment in conjunction with using a golf ball to massage the area as well as accupuncture. Heather was able to get to the root of the problem and after 3 treatments I am well on the way to recovery :-)

I have a torn Rotator cuff injury of old which has left me with a weakened and sometimes painful right shoulder. Some heavy carefree lifting and straining had left me in extreme discomfort, crunching shoulder and shooting pains down my arm. Heather used the Raynor massage to ease the knots and issues from toes and fingers to head. I had a few follow up sessions and was later referred by surgeon's to ongoing physiotherapy. More recently I had extreme stiffness and pain in my neck. A few sessions with Heather helped ease the knots and pain. Luckily my shoulder physiotherapist is now also helping. Heather is thoroughly professional and offers an extremely relaxing and friendly atmosphere. She delivered results for me almost immediately and was extremely lucky find. I will be back in touch, hopefully just for general maintenence ! Thank you Heather.

Fabulous deep tissue massage by Heather. She came highly recommended and I am happy to do the same. She is very knowledgable and personable and knows her stuff. Ive had deep tissue massages elsewhere and she is so much better than any other Ive had. Have already passed her details on to family members.
