CFP - Mortgage Broker Leatherhead

We have used Mark at CFP for all our remortgage needs many times on both our residential and buy to let properties, he is super quick to respond, very knowledgeable and just generally very helpful taking the stress out of mortgage applications. I am someone who likes to do my own thorough research and have fallen out with financial advisors in the past when I've felt the need to challenge what they're telling me! But Mark is very good at his job and meticulous in the details - we keep coming back to him even when I know what deal we want as he just makes the whole process so much easier. Very happy to recommend CFP and Mark in particular

I spoke to a few brokers, who I personally found too pushy, before a friend gave me Mark's details. Mark absolutely knows what he's talking about, but I never felt rail-roaded into anything and he spent as much time as I needed talking me though my options, so I felt at ease (I am a first time buyer, I knew nothing). There were a few instances when Mark even went above and beyond to help me out when I was stressing about my (nightmare) sale - I cannot recommend his services highly enough!
