After months of looking at property duds with other agents, we found the home we eventually ended up buying on the first meeting with Reads Property. Lynsey was an excellent advocate throughout the whole process, and we felt she was genuinely interested in finding us the right place vs the pushy or disinterested agents we had met before elsewhere. I will happily contact Reads when it comes time to buy/sell again!

Lynsey served as both an Estate Agent and therapist during a fairly stressful purchase with the impending stamp duty holiday finishing. When a member of the chain decided to add some drama to mix, Lynsey fought tooth and nail to help make sure the sale went ahead, which is exactly what youre looking for when dealing with an estate agent. She was available outside business hours and remained in good contact throughout the process. I can confidently say we havent received this level of service before. We dont plan to move again any time soon, but will surely refer our friends and family to Reads.
