I get a verbal quote, then I ask for it to be sent to email. I inform that I need it by a certain date, and I inform about the insurance. I call and call, asking for it. Finally I get it, a day before deadline.
It is an email from a talktalk account with sent from iPhone in a signature. Not even a company name, let alone a PDF. The price also 50 more than previously.
I obviously cannot use this - what a joke!
I call asking for a written quote, and I am told they charge 50 - something I was not told before.
They just wasted my time messing me about, I am now in difficult situation of trying to get another quote. If they cannot even quote, how can you trust then to take their work seriously.
