Took ages for him to come and then fixed a drip paid him but its still leaking under the sink. He wont answer phone or text. When the appointment was made it was them that suggested the timeI will pop in after I finish work and the problems were under the sink in the kitchen..not anywhere else. And paying 20 for a 5 min job that didnt fix the problem isnt a good price.

Why do they not answer their phone, ever??????? I left a message, I tried both landline and mobile. Nothing, no response at all, at any time. I now have a response saying they were 'out of hours'. Sorry but multiple calls were made and not just 'out of hours'. I was in dire need of help with a plumbing issue - some response must have been possible. Text or get someone else to send a text?

SOS came within 30 minutes of my phone-call to repair my combination boiler which had broken down. Stephen was punctual and professional and had repaired the boiler within 20 minutes of arrival. Thanks, SOS, great service!
