Absolutely perfect from placing the order to getting a delivery conformation same day then being updated by the delivery driver Zak what time he would be here and going the extra mile to help accommodate with the offloading. Would i recommend this company Definitely 100%

Excellent company to deal with. Competitive pricing, friendly and knowledgeable sales team. My tank delivered when stated by helpful delivery driver. I recommend this company.

Despite this later delivery, I still rate Atlantis 10-out-of-10 for service. Firstly, the friendly, helpful initial advice from Saskia. Your technical and product knowledge were superb. And later, when delivery was delayed (never easy to tell a customer that) you and your colleagues kept me well informed. Furthermore, you all listened to my further pleas for speed: I felt you treated me as a valued individual, not merely another customer. Finally, your contractor today (Bob), was equally friendly, helpful and very competent. It was a very difficult lift-off for him: the HIAB on the front of the platform made that almost impossible. Had the crane been at the back, Bob would have finished the job in minutes. As it was, it took all his skill and expertise, plus a bit of man handling from three of us, to set the tank in place. Bob said Im definitely not leaving here until its properly in place and your satisfied. He acted as a superb representative on behalf Atlantis. Exemplary service all round.

I ordered my tank through a reseller but Atlantis actually fulfilled the delivery and was the point of contact for all queries etc. Saskia in the office was very helpful when responding to some initial queries about the tanks and also provided helpful advice and recommendations with regards to aspects of a new tank base and following this I ordered a steel tank. The tank arrived promptly and the driver was very helpful with regards to unloading and leaving it in a convenient location. Can't fault the company at all. They were a pleasure to deal with and were really helpful and reliable throughout. I would definitely recommend to others. Thanks
