I was initally a little dissappointed as could not use my local branch for conveyancing as they were representing the seller so I used the Ferryhill. Branch instead. Wow am I pleased I did.... I can honestly say I'm impressed with the service I have received from Claire Coates as my solicitor and her assistant Nicola. As someone who has lived in the same property for 30yrs to say I was nervous about the thought of moving is an understatement However I can honestly say Nicola was so so supportive and also very prompt at answering any queries I had guiding and reassuring me constantly. Claire on our face to face today was amazing she was so so friendly and informal and very very professional and personal in her manner. I would definitely recommend Meikle at Ferryhill to family and friends in the future given my experience on this occasion

Very good firm Ive used Miekles for aslong as I can remember Steven Hamil is my represent straight forward and gets you very best result! My last case was a not guilty on Drug driving! Skip the rest and youse the BEST!
