After having a bad experience with another salon, I came into essence salon and was booked in with Dawn. I explained how another salon had put layers in my hair but not connected them to anything. Dawn was great and rectified they mistake and now my hair feels so much better. Lovely salon with lovely people, will definitely be back. P.s There Christmas tree was beautiful Services: Hairstyling, Blowouts
