Sold a dodgy car that broke down with in a few weeks was refused refund and told its just wear and tear and that I dont know what Im talking about, after emailing and phoning for the past few weeks Ive received no response or offered any solution, my calls and emails are simply ignored. Ive then spent over 100 on trying to get the car repaired its still not working as it should be. Avoid this place at all costs clearly just interested in taking your money regardless of their cars condition. To be clear it is not just a service light the engine light is on also and this was before any repairs, the repairs were as you suggested yourself spark plugs and ignition coils and this was bang on 3 weeks after purchase you did not fix your own repairs or any repairs for that matter this is the condition the car was in after 3 weeks of driving alone no repairs nothing. I didnt notice its hard to see the engine management light but that picture was taken 20 minutes after a conversation with the owner. Im glad you pointed out the service light proving the vehicle was likely not serviced while at your dealership as the photo was taken 21 days after purchase. As for the discount you agreed as it only had an Mot until august and it definitely was not 250 off it was 2200 or 2250 asking price i believe and I paid 2100. Edited in reply to the owner.
