I went to look at a tipo but couldn't road test it due to lack of petrol and was told to make an appointment. A few days later I called into Richard Hardies in Sunderland road tested a later model and bought it.

Shildon motor company are wonderful! I went to see them on a recommendation from a neighbour who has bought cars here over the years for his family and found them to be very trustworthy. I'm so glad I did, John and his family really go above and beyond to male sure the whole process from initial chat to viewing, test driving then purchasing goes as smoothly as possible. There is no hard sell at all, just a genuine wish for you to find the car that's right for you, whatever you're looking for. John and his daughters are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They took the stress right out of looking for & buying a second hand car with their calm, friendly manner and willingness to help you to the best of their ability, and then some! The car I purchased is wonderful, a very competitive price and in fabulous condition, I'm delighted with it and so grateful to John and his family for their help, I can't recomend them enough...you can view all their cars on their website, they have a good variety with extensive photos and detailed descriptions, or give them a ring, they actually made the difficulty of buying a second hand car a hassle free and enjoyable experience!
