        Tom (the sifu) is nice and really good. He helps me to find more and more about Tai Chi Yang stile long form. From what I can see in his trainings of Tai Chi he is probable even more capable in Dragon style (which I do not practice ). If you would like to enjoy and prosper in health or marshal arts I recommend it. Tai Chi suits all ages while Dragon stile looks more agile and fast. Find for yourself which one suits you. Come and test it.

        Traditional (and rare) Martial arts tuition of this standard is hard to find anywhere... especially in the UK. If you want to learn internal Chinese martial arts from one of the most highly respected masters in the country then this is for you. Amazing venue too.
