Charlotte was really accommodating and very quickly understood the brief without any stress or adding extra work for me. Happy to contact via email, text or phone which was really handy, picking ribbon colour over whatsapp was a perfect example of how accommodating Charlotte was. Really quick responses too! All turned out perfectly on the day with these beautiful bouquets being delivered all ready to go and as you can see from the photos they were perfect and matched the whole theme and bridesmaid dresses perfectly. I couldn't recommend Ruffels Flowers highly enough! Lottie got in touch quickly after my enquiry email and arranged a phone call to chat through our requirements. I know nothing about flowers but Lottie put together a mood board based on what we had discussed. However on the day our flowers were far more beautiful than I had imagined, I absolutely loved them! Lottie provided my bridal bouquet, six bridesmaid bouquets and the buttonholes for the groom and groomsmen. Lottie was also able to provide us with flowers for our cake at very short notice, which perfectly complimented our colour scheme and transformed our cake. Thank you so much for everything Lottie!
