        James made buying my new car so easy. I didnt want to change vehicles but due to the new ULEZ rules that are likely to happen soon, I really had no choice. James was so helpful and friendly to deal with, he sorted the paperwork of new ownership, changing personal plates etc quickly and efficiently and was always just a phone call away! Nothing was too much trouble for him, not even all my daft questions! I highly recommend JA Jarvis.

        Originally I purchased a diesel VW caddy from James and soon realised that it was not the right fit for my lifestyle due to me driving it primarily in city environments. James went above and beyond initially to help solve the issue with the DPF filter before sourcing me a more appropriate hybrid car for me. The whole process was a pleasure he was honest, happy to help and always answered any calls to help try and get the caddy up and running even without me knowing extending my warranty meaning I was not liable to pay any mechanical fees. If only more salesmen were as honest and attentive as James the world would be a better place. Once again thanks so much.

        Having recently bought and sold a vehicle through James I can honestly say that the whole transaction was flawless and extremely enjoyable from start to finish. The car purchased was beautifully prepared and presented and true to its advertising. I would not hesitate in returning back to JA Jarvis when next I require a quality and honest vehicle.

        I recently had the pleasure of dealing with James when buying a classic car from him. He is a true gentleman and bent over backwards to help me out. He came out on a Sunday to let me view the car and then knowing I needed the car for the following weekend for my father's wake he arranged delivery within two days. Thanks James
