As a House Manager I have found Appello to be very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Calls usually get answered within a very reasonable time and the staff are very personable.

Words to describe how bad customer service is. I have been wakened on any nights and disturbed during many days by phone calls asking if I am OK when no alarm has been pressed. The system works by a speaker box connected to the internet and activated by a button on a wristband. All communication is via the speaker box and not by an alarm which goes direct omitting the speaker. No phone call should be needed as communication is via the speaker box and if that is not activated then no alarm has been pressed. Unfortunately they cannot comprehend this and keep phoning. Have now disconnected the entire system.

We are having the the most appalling customer service from this company. My 91 year old mother who suffers with Parkinsons has been left three weeks without a functional alarm pendant! She ordered a new pedant when her original one stopped working, due to dreadful sales and customer service, in this time she did actually have a fall. Once we received the said pedant without instruction on how to link to the alarm box, I have called the sales team for help probably in excess of ten time leaving desperate messages for help with no call back. I have even made several alarm calls on the system all resulting in being given the same phone number which generates no reply, hence my mother being left over the Christmas period and still now without her falls alarm pendant. This is a total lack of duty of care from this company, I am disgusted. We have paid in excess of 50 for this replacement which cannot be used leaving my mother totally vulnerable and without help!
