        I had great difficulty identifying a replacement boiler for our 1st floorflat as there was a glass structure below the outlet. British Gas etc. quoted an enormous amount plus scaffholding . Ronan from Tom Sutton Heating managed to install the boiler from within the property at a very reasonable cost. Since then he has done our yearly maintenance and landlord certificate. Service: Heating system maintenance
