This used to be a lovely place to work.. I worked for porvair for about 9 years.Until about 3 years ago it was one of the best places I've ever worked for .Constant harassment and bullying of lower management combined with the rudeness of HR makes this quite a toxic place to work .

first thing its pretty clean and easy job but very boring. Second as few stated its major problem in management and attitude towards shop floor employees (not all but enough of them) some people are allowed more than the rest(wasting time). If you start talking you will be made as trouble maker and you will be out the door sooner or later. Some team leaders are absolute kings of laziness who do nothing during the day apart having their hands in the pockets
