    Krueger is a first class company and their engineers are excellent. They have just completed the installation of an Eberspacher heater in our boat. The job was done on time and on budget and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the work.

    Sealine F37 Cruiser on Lake Windermere I have just had a D4L fitted with 5 outlets, silencers and the Easystart remote controller. I met the Krueger guys at the Southampton boat show and discussed my requirements and was impressed with their professionalism. After a couple of phone calls and emails with Sam it was arranged for them to travel to Windermere and install the system. Owen and Charlie arrived as planned and quickly started the installation. The job was completed on time and they explained how the system worked and where the components were located, ending with downloading the App and a full demonstration. From start to finish their workmanship was superb. I am more than happy with Krueger's service and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

    Exemplary customer Service! I have an ancient Eberspacher D2 heater in my 36' sailboat that was giving me problems. After some clear guidance from a gentleman called Sam, I sent the heater in. It turned out, there wasn't anything wrong with the unit itself. Sam and his colleagues did some rigorous extra tests and and charged me a very reasonable fee for the advice to keep the unit and check my duct work. I never felt any pressure to purchase a new heater, but you can be sure that when I do buy a new one, I'll buy it from these guys.

    The heating packed up on our boat a Marex 280. I removed the heater unit with the intention of servicing it. I phoned Krueger to order a service kit. Quite frankly they couldn't have been more helpful. When I explained the problem they informed me that a service probably would not solve the fault. I decided to post my Eberspacher D4 off to them for a service and diagnosis. They bench tested my heater and quickly found the fault. They informed me how much it would cost to repair. The repair was carried out, the unit posted back to us and re fitted the on our boat. The heating is now working better than it ever has. Fantastic service from beginning to end.
