Their window leaked air & had condensation in it. DPR said would replace but failed to say it was a DIFFERENT COLOUR & then left. I complained & they said 'it had faded in the sun'. I said that is rubbish. Then they said they cant get the coloured glass, yet Pilkington said no issues with this colour. Then told glass cut to wrong size etc, excuse after excuse. I emailed DPR & no response (correct at time of writing this review). Phone them up today & woman shouted at me on a recorded phone line. It would appear their company is in disarray & in my situation they are unprofessional. I would avoid them Service: General window replacement

Initially we were happy with the work carried out but since the poor weather the front door we had installed has leaked inside, thus ruining our newly laid carpet. Apparently this isn't their problem and we're told "this is what home insurance is for"! Had two different people out to sort the issue (which it hasn't) of which the second person drilled holes in the framework and left them in such a mess, both in the sense of leaving all the rubbish in the frame and making a right hash of the holes. Not only that but all the rotten wood they said they would remove hadn't been and so now we have this to deal with too. We've since had other work done by a different local firm who were much more helpful and friendly. We got in touch with DPR to sort the problem and they only rearranged for someone to review once we called them back again (as opposed to them calling us after waiting a week). Once they have their payment they aren't really interested. There are plenty of other firms out there, I wouldn't recommend DPR after the service we've had. My bay window made and fitted with the same care that I am familiar with from DPR. An excellent job. Thank you.

Had whole house refitted with new doors and windows, these were fitted very professionally & the quality was amazing. I would only use these guys.
