Since I discovered I had bowel cancer two years ago I have been grateful for Alan's expert advice, always kind and pertinent, and his herbal medicines (Herbshield Tonic and Coloncleanse powder as my two specifics, ABC powder to boost the immune system, Coldless Tonic when I hadn't been vaccinated to build up my antiviral resistance, that I have been taking ever since the colonectomy. Recently having been told there are some suspicious mesenteric ganglions that need to be monitored, I am at last trying the ketogenic diet (for three months, initially) after a short spring fast that is part of my usual routine. I was reluctant to make such a major change to my low-meat Mediterranean-style diet, but Alan and "the data" have convinced me to give it a whirl. Thank you Alan for your ready replies, kindness and fantastic range of up-to-date knowledge in this tragically under-rated field of Herbal Medicine.

I have been using the ABC powder for general health. It is fantastic and a real boon to my overall health. I recently got attacked by the dreaded Shingles virus.
