Fernhill Heath Post Office

Had the most horrible experience, the man was very rude and annoyed that we came into the shop, we had done nothing wrong and the shop was still open, we just wanted to return a parcel and he was very angry and rude saying that he was not happy we went to the shop because he wanted to close early, honestly scared to go back in, not the type of customer service you want and surprised people shop here

Recently used this post office because the one near to us was temporary closed, but even though it's further away from us, if I need a post office in the future, I'll use this Fernhill Heath branch. Very efficient, friendly and helpful people. A much nicer experience.

Really disappointing, this counter isn't open until 9pm Every time I go its closed or the chap on the counter grumpily tells me he doesn't like thr post office, his shop customers come first the post office customer will have to wait. Why do he run a post office, when clearly he doesn't like it

Always had excellent service at this post office. The gentleman behind the counter is so cheerful, friendly, and always goes out of his way to be helpful. Really can't recommend them highly enough.
