Always super helpful and polite on the phone. We have acquired another dog now and they have helped us sort out everything we have needed. Nala is a nervous wreck about visiting vets but you help put her at ease.... Dobby will have her first visit soon too.

Such an amazing vets. I moved here over a year ago and I am so happy I did. My Snowy has been up and down with his health for the last few weeks and Jordan has been an absolute star with him. The appointments never feel rushed and Jordan takes his time with Snowy and really got to know him and build trust. Snowy has been through the mill but with the support of Jordan and the Team he is starting to be on the mend. This isn't the first time that this vets has been amazing and they always make things so calm for your pet and you! Youre always given warm welcomes when you arrive and when you leave. I tell everyone Ferndown Family Vets is like the private version of health care but for your pet. You are always given options and are supported through every appointment. Absolutely amazing team and so pleased they care and treat my furr babies when I can't! Thank you so much x
