My dog had difficulty breathing. I rushed her to this vet. They took her from me and said yes her oxygen is low but unable to treat her as we about to close. They told me to go to emergency vets in Wimborne. I was very distressed they were cold. I asked how I get there as she needs oxygen. Their reply was drive fast ! my dear little dog passed away that night in care of another vet. But I live with torment if she had proper care when I attended with her in distress she may have lived.. as clearly driving fast at their advise is illegal and time it took to get her her oxygen levels were very low and she was in great deal of distress.. Appalled by such lack of empathy !

Friendly reception. We were in before our appointment and the vet was very thorough. He also didnt mind being stared at relentlessly for treats!
