Unfortunately the only bad point was my car very badly stank of tobacco for the whole trip. On return they told me it was a long term hire and had no time to clean it (so that's why they hung an air freshener in the cabin maybe).

Massive thank you to the Abacus team for helping us recently. Our Van broke down enroute to an important event . We abandoned it at a local garage ( who were also incredibly helpful) Abacus managed to produce a hire van within an hour allowing us to continue our journey plus the dog to Crufts. Thank you so much for help us and being so reasonably priced. Its so refreshing in these difficult times to suddenly get such lovely customer service out if the blue brilliant!
