My Husband and I purchased a stunning Porsche Macan GTS from Baron and we could not be happier. My Husband has been in the motor trade for over 25 years and is ultra fussy but from the first conversation and viewing of the car we knew this was the car for us. It was a pleasure to sit and chat with Baron and Sarah-Louise over a cup of coffee. They are very accommodating and friendly and made the whole buying experience very pleasurable and stress free. We will definitely be recommending BJC car sales to others.

Truly great experience purchasing a car. Baron was honest and upfront about the deal we agreed which made collecting a real pleasure. Its great to deal with someone who has a genuine interest in cars and loves what he does. It makes the experience that much better.

I had a very positive and easy experience buying my car from BJC Car Sales. It started with Baron picking me up from the train station as I was travelling from Blackpool, then, the most important thing, the car was exactly as described online. I've had it for 4 months now and I'm really pleased with it. I will definitely give them a call when it's time for a new car.

Well, at least the car was well presented and has been fine. I missed a chipped windscreen (wasn't pointed out - but ultimately my fault), which when asked Baron about it (on way home), was assured it had been fixed (it hadn't - I took it to be done later). I left one of the keys to my trade in at home and Baron took a 200 'security' - which would be refunded when I sent the key. Key was sent next day recorded mail and collected by Baron. After several text messages, he denies he has collected it and someone else must have got it, even though the guy at the postal collection recognised him. I had to go through a credit card charge back to BJC, after showing the CC company all the evidence of postage and collection etc....I got the 200 back from the CC company who charged his account the sum. Funny thing, I wanted to keep the plate off the old car - was told it would be done in the office. Apparently, the DVLA webite was unavailable and he would do it later - my wife got our iPad from the car to do it and miracles happen - the website was working again...... This could have been such a pleasant experience, but soured by the after care... Looked at a few of the negative reviews and he can't find any reference to them - no Baron, i'm not going to send you my reg details - i'm just done with you.
