Message Direct is to be avoided! I had phone service with Message Direct for over a year and every month we are charged for sales cold calls that have nothing to do with our company. We were advised when we signed up with Message Direct, we will not be charged for any sales cold calls not related to our company. However, every month we are charged some amount for apparent sales cold calls, so goodness knows how much they make from this as it sounds like a billing scam to me. The cold calls we are being charged for are not even coming through on the lines we own - as all our calls are logged, they are only coming through on the numbers they assign you for calls to be diverted to. So be careful when choosing Message Direct as you will be charged for sales cold calls that have nothing to do with your business. I have refused to pay the invoice until they remove the cold calls - Message Direct have refused and they are now threatening legal action which we have welcomed as we are happy to explain this billing scam to a judge.

Not only do they have an extremely poor service they also have very dodgy activities. If you are their customer check your billing now, there is a high chance you are being over billed without any notification or communication. We have found out that from the very beginning since we joined they increased the price we agreed with them without any notification or communication. This is further aggravated because they dont mention per minute charge on their invoices as well to keep the pricing vague. We will be reporting them to the relevant regulators and taking legal action, but this is fair warning to all those who are their customers or thinking about becoming one, be very careful with your billing with these guys. They also cited the economy for their costs but we found much cheaper providers immediately who even provide things like portals etc for better transparency and visibility. I would stay away from them if I was you, as they cannot be trusted.
